Refund policy: If you are not satisfied, please contact us to let us know. All exchanges and returns must be authorized before being sent back. We are glad to exchange or accept returns within 10 days of the shipping date. All merchandise is to be shipped back at the expense of the purchase.

If a shipment is received with damages to the package, please inspect all contents immediately. If damage has occurred, please contact the shipping company and our office. We will take care of the problem.

Shipping: All of our merchandise is shipped Freight On Board (F.O.B.) Newmarket, Ontario Canada. We use both Canada Post and UPS, and choose whichever is the least expensive option.

We accept Visa, Mastercard and Paypal. Prices include all applicable taxes.
